⚡Update lightning round
May 25th, 2020 George Floyd was killed.
June 2nd, our CVP asked our teams to pick a book and lead a discussion with their teams.
July 24th, we had a book reading at work in response.
August 11th, we’ve mostly moved on from it at work. Though our team has scheduled a quarterly meeting for diversity “stuff”.

When I feel sad I’ve learned a quick antidote is to do something nice for someone, typically in the form of a gift.
Birthdays are a good time for me to do this, but I’ve been known to drop a little kindness on folks at random. 🥰
It just feels good. My go-to strategy is to take a product, service, food item I love, and bless someone else with it unexpectedly.
The next best strategy is to take something I know THEY like and bless them with it.
I’ll let you know a secret, ask your friends for recommendations.

BOOM. Instant ideas for stuff they will probably like.
What I'm watching 📺
Stuff that makes me feel good. Some suggestions:
Great score, noir feel. Bounty hunters in SPACE. It’s like a cross between Hot Fuzz & Doctor Who but anime.
A young CSI who could easily be Mr. Roger but has super-speed.
Joe Rogan Podcast-David Goggins.
The story of David Goggins is amazing. It’s about 45 min, but if you listen to it without having a muthaf*ing fire lit under you, I’ll give you your money back.

Lately, I’m loving the dairy-free min cups from COOLHAUS. So tasty, so reasonably (3.6 oz) portioned. Try them and let me know what your fav flavor is. Or invite me over and I’ll bring some.
